Rough estimate for Berlin – the yield depends mainly on how the panels are oriented.
Battery assumption: 80% self-consumption (typically 70–90%, depending on battery size and usage). Solar yield stays the same – a battery does not generate extra power, it shifts it to the evening.
Without a battery the 800 W inverter caps the output around midday – above 1,000 Wp of panel power the usable yield can be lower than calculated here.

Yes. Since 2024 balcony solar is a “privileged measure” in Germany – landlords may only refuse for good reason. We are happy to help with the request.
Usually not for plug-in solar devices with up to 800 W inverter output – they plug into a normal socket. Registration in the Marktstammdatenregister is still required.
Without a battery you mostly use solar power during the day. With a battery the surplus powers your evening and night – self-consumption often rises considerably, typically to 70–90%.

Since 2024 simplified rules apply to devices with up to 800 W inverter output and up to 2,000 Wp of panel power – registration in the Marktstammdatenregister is all that is needed.
